Ken Wilson Ford is top notch. Trace, Justin and Jaye are complete professionals and they word magic for me on 10/23/17. I have average credit and not the best credit history and I was still able to walk out with a brand new Ford Focus. I would recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to Ken Wilson Ford. I'm truly grateful for everyone at Ken Wilson.
Buying a vehicle is fair to good but service after the sale. Well they claim NO BULL, but that's what you get when there is problem. Was even told Ford will not fix issues we must get our insurance to pay for the fix and then they can go after Ford to get their money back. Service Manager even stated it was okay with them if we went somewhere else and went with a different manufacturer. We have a bumper to bumper warranty and wheel and tire care, which we were told would cover the tires and RIMS but now it's OH NO after 3 weeks and several different stories. Stay away from KEN WILSON FORD, they do not stand behind their vehicles. Had to give 1 star but they deserve 0.
If your truck is under warranty you might as well forget it getting fixed! We have had nothing but problems out of our brand new truck and all they keep saying is there is nothing wrong with it! The service writers won’t call you back! We dropped our truck off on Tuesday had to call all day Thursday to find out anything for them to tell us there is nothing wrong with it! Went to take our truck to get the tires rotated and sat there for almost 6 hours!
This place is a joke! Will not recommend or buy from them again!
Our salesperson Hunter is the main reason we purchased our new F250from Ken Wilson. My wife and I had visited Asheville ford down the road and no one greeted us,I had to walk in the door and ask for a salesperson. When we arrived at ken Wilson ford my wife and kids where walking in and across the lot hunter yelled at us "HELLO", it was awesome to feel like he wanted our business. From there to the end Hunter and the sales manager Justin kept things smooth and easy. Truly a NO BULL experience. Mr. Wilson himself came out and shook my hand and thanked us for the business. Thank you to the guys and girls at Ken Wilson Ford.
