The service was great - attentive and friendly. The Southern food was authentic and very good. I especially liked the fried green tomatoes.
On our way back from visiting Asheville, we yelped nearby restaurants and picked this one based on reviews. Wow, what a gorgeous location, the building/architecture was beautiful. The menu was perfect, not too much, not too little. The variety of food was refreshing from the standard same old, repeat menus in almost every eatery now a days. We loved the food (except for the cornbread - borderline cement hard and dry). The Fried Green Tomatoes and Halos were awesome. The service was great. The prices were ideal, we enjoyed it and will return if we visit the area again.
I just cannot find a bad restaurant in Canton, and this is another great one. The prices are outstanding for the quality of food that you receive. The bar menu is creative, and the drinks are delicious. Food can best be described as slightly upscale southern. Highly recommend shrimp and grits.
Walking up the building/house that houses the restaurant is absolutely beautiful! The food was amazing! I had the haunted tips (beef tips) over a bed of mashed potatoes and fried okra. My wife had the loaded grill cheese with fried green tomatoes. That was equally amazing the tomatoes and okra were hand breaded.
Very good food! I had the steak and it was perfect amount and perfectly cooked. It did take a while for the food to come out however. There is a great variety of beers on tap and a few local brews that are delicious!
